Sitting on a train right now and writing my first, sloppy, post. I wanted to start it with a pleated skirt I found in Sue Ryder, Nottingham, 30-32 Goose Gate. This is a brilliant shop for those who love vintage 1950s, fashion. I once found a lovely Cerutti skirt there but didn't buy it. I tried this skirt on and I think it will look lovely on taller people, or at least will require high heels!
I picked this skirt because of its crazy red colour (its blinding!) and the fact that it ticks a couple of trends boxes :
1. It's knee lenght (hello, #metoo)
2. It's pleated on one side. Pleats are really trendy right now.
